I’m Steve ‘The Tricky Twister’, and from the early age of seven, while watching a magician at my school, I was bitten by the magic bug. I tried to build the tricks the magician had done and to my parents surprise they worked!

Seeing that talent my parents sent me to magic school, not Hogwarts! The school, based in London, developed my magic skills in all areas of the art and gave me the knowledge and experience to pave out a successful magic career.

Being a magic school graduate opened the doors to the entertainment world, including theatre, television and more importantly higher education. Yes I became one of those famous Butlins redcoats!

Those early red coat days gave me the perfect platform to home my skills as a professional entertainer, working with large crowds and a multitude of age groups really set the mould!

Since that time I have never stopped. From touring the country with my illusions in the show “Frite Nite”, having my balloons appear on the Paul O’Grady Show, hundreds of private and school magic shows, close up magic, cabaret, illusion building, walk about, stand still, inside and out. Wherever visual entertainment is needed, I’ll be there!
